I am newer to drawing. I'll be posting my progress from beginner to wherever I end up here as a way maybe to show anyone wanting to start out drawing that they too can do it with practice and most of all patience. I try to at least sketch for an hour a day. usually I throw the best ones here I've done which is not saying much from the others I've done so hopefully this inspires anyone to commit and have fun. Draw with Jazza helped, imaginatively unimaginative also helped, I think most of all Samdoesart helped with a lot these days. I'll post my "gear" to show I'm not using anything fancy so that even a new person to art can understand I'm not that relying on any expensive drawing things to get by. I'd like to keep it to just skills for now and nothing too complex. I couldn't do that yet if I tried.
Current Residence: Kansas
Drawing tools used: Canson 5.5" X 8.5" drawing pad, 0.7mm Pentel mechanical pencil, 0.5mm Zebra mechanical pencil, Daler Rowney Eraser, Veikk A30 tablet with Krita as the software.
I mostly just use a pencil and paper. That Pentel mechanical 0.7mm and that Canson Drawing pad.
